3. Exercise regularly

Where you work out is irrelevant, as long as you work out!

4. Drink lots of water

If you want to lose weight, it’s important you drink plenty of water. Try to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.

5. Stay focused on your weight loss goal

If you set a clear and realistic goal for yourself, then you’re more likely to achieve success.
