Lose Weight, Get Healthy
After reviewing numerous controlled studies results concerning obesity, it becomes obvious that the practice of weight management can be very valuable in terms of developing a life of good health. Unfortunately, if one’s percentage of body fat is much greater than their lean muscle mass, they run a much higher risk of falling prey to various ailments than those individuals with less body fat. Even though the definition of obesity is excess body fat (not excess body weight), one’s body fat composition can, on average, be fairly accurately estimated by age, height and their weight. So, managing one’s weight properly can be a successful way of managing the amount of body fat making up one’s body.
It is now considered that obesity is the nutritional disorder most widespread in the United States. The most common causes of obesity are considered to be overeating and a sedentary lifestyle, meaning some people are choosing to take in more nourishment or energy than they are able to expel. So, if calorie intake (food eaten) is equal to energy expelled (activity) plus energy stored (fat storage), then obesity (excess fat) is most evident when there is surplus energy available for storage. the lesson here is “be cautious about overeating”, especially if one lives a sedentary life.
By the way, it is also estimated that those who are malnourished in the world as a whole, is now almost equal to those who are over-nourished (over two billion each). Both categories are at a frighteninglevel! What’s also very alarming, are the repercussions for those requiring weight management who continue to disregard weight management! Not only are there numerous diseases associated to being overweight, but there’s a greater likelihood on contracting a terminal disease by an absense of weight management. Obesity is proven to be directly related to cardiovascular disease, type II diabetes and cancer. Overweight individuals experience high blood pressure three times more often, cholesterol clogged arteries two times more often and heart attacks up to five times more often than the leaner population. Eight or nine out of ten type II diabetics are overweight. And, it’s been found that various types of cancer are the direct result of obesity. Diseases also connected to obesity are: breathing issues like sleeping disorders, blood clotting from poor circulation, kidney and gall bladder problems, osteoarthritis and cardio problems leading to strokes
Clearly, in response to all this information, for good health, everyone needs to be conscious of weight management. It is strongly recommended that people find exercises they like to do. if you are inclined towards athletics, great. If not, remember that simply taking a walk can be excellent exercise. And then, make sure you are following a nutritional program that is efficient. Individuals should pay attention to what’s on their plate. Those who are seriously considering a program for weight management and weight loss should look into programs of optimal nutrition, meaning high energy providing nutrients with low calorie intake. Since obesity has been proven to be a widespread nutritional disorder, optimal nutrition such as that provided by a cellular nutrition program is ideal. Why? Because a cellular nutrition program provides the proper nutrition to each cell of the body, bringing about tremendous energy for activity and exercise, while simultaneously, these programs supply solid amounts of hunger curbing protein with low calories so your body won’t go into starvation mode and store excess amounts of fat. One can definately maintain a healthy weight by following a cellular nutrition program successful. Indeed the rewards from this kind of weight management are truly great!
