Is that band of fat around your middle good for you? Of course you know it’s not! We all know that!  People know about the health risks, but the majority are more concerned with the way that they appear. You just want the fat to go away. Want to find out how to lose that tummy flab fast? OK, so here is the advice you dread! Yes, it’s consuming a controlled and healthy diet, along with regular exercise.

To lose belly fat, eat the right kind of carbs, which include fruits, veggies, and whole grains.  Here is a frank review on a diet that truly works:The Every Other Day Diet

For you to drop belly fat, you need to realize that you have to lose weight over your entire body. There is no supernatural recipe, or pill that will do this. To lose belly fat quickly, select a diet plan that burns fat. Avoid alcohol as it tends to end up around your middle (so, the phrase “beer belly” is true!)

Try walking or swimming, they are perfect cardiovascular exercise for your whole body. Another choice to decrease belly fat, is jogging or dancing. Specialists in diet and exercise, may advise 5 days a week cardio exercises, lasting for 20-30 minutes each time. The specialists will also tell you to do sit-up, or crunches, which target the belly area.

Do you have a lot of extra time to spend working out every week? I do not!I have a life, job and family to take care of. I don’t have much extra time!  Crunches and sit-ups are tedious! I detest them.

Someone with very different ideas about exercising and diet has come into my life. Mike Geary is a exercise and nutrition expert, and his advice made me listen. Get six pack Abs!

Mike does not advise doing exercises that target the Abs, as they may make your belly even bigger. The intensity of the exercise, and working the entire body, is recommended. He advocates high intensity exercise, resting for short periods in between. Instead of targeting the smaller abdominal muscles, you work out your larger muscle groups, which burns belly fat in a shorter period of time. Doing exact exercises that target the abdominal muscles, really provide the least resistance, and resistance is what tones and develops muscles to burn that fat.
